3. Other Service Providers. In some cases, Pro-Vision uses third parties to provide the quotes you receive through the Site. The only information shared with the third party is the information required to provide you with an accurate quote.

The Site contains links to other websites that are not under the control of Pro-Vision and Pro-Vision is not responsible for and makes no representations or warranties concerning the contents of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. It is your responsibility to verify any information contained within the links before relying on it. The information contained in the links may be changed or updated at any time without notice. Pro-Vision provides links to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by the Corporation of the linked site. Your use of the linked websites may be subject to terms and conditions contained in these websites, which you should locate and review.
5. Monitoring. Pro-Vision is under no obligation to monitor the Site and assumes no responsibility or liability should its content be modified or altered in any way without Pro-Vision's consent.

7. Copyright and Trademarks Policies. You should assume everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted.    The trademarks, logos, service marks and other names and icons identifying products and services on the Site are owned by or licensed to Pro-Vision. Nothing contained on this site gives you or any other person the right or licence to use any trademark displayed on this site without the express permission of Pro-Vision. Furthermore, any intellectual property displayed on the Site and not owned by Pro-Vision, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks and other names and icons identifying products and services, continues to belong to its owner and therefore the owner's copyrights and trademarks policy will continue to apply.

You acknowledge that you have read Pro-Vision's Privacy Policy (as it may be updated from time to time) (the "Privacy Policy") and hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure by Pro-Vision and its agents of your personal information for the purposes identified in the Privacy Policy.
9. Viruses, etc. Pro-Vision assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of or browsing in the Site.
10. Right of Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Pro-Vision, its suppliers, partners, affiliates and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees related to any violation of these Terms and Use by you, or in connection with your use of the Site or with the placement or transmission of any message or information on the Site by you.
11. Waiver. Pro-Vision's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or rights contained in these Terms of Use.
12. Governing Laws. By visiting the Site, you agree that these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and you agree to be bound by the laws of these jurisdictions.
13. Quotes. All quotes are stated in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or administrative charges.
